List of Procedures to Protect
from Coronavirus
Guests are to ring the doorbell then sanitise
their hands, we will let them in
wearing a full face visor and take their temperature with a handheld gun and if all OK they will be allowed in and normal check in procedures will take place, they will be provided with a
list of advice to follow whilst
here.Guests will be required to
take themselves to their own room, we will bring the bags up after and place them outside the room if required. Once the guest has gone up to their room, we will clean all bells, handles, knobs and bannisters with a
wipe. Breakfasts will still be
served but no buffet element at all, we will request pre – orders to minimise waiting in the dining room and guests will have to sanitise their hands before entering the dining room. Guests will be given a check list to advise us of what is needed in their rooms each
day and it will be placed outside
their door at an agreed time, rubbish bags and dirty cups will be taken at the same time and replaced with fresh ones. Dirty towels will be changed in the same way every two days.We will not enter any guest rooms whilst they are staying with
us but they will have anti –
bacterial wipes and bleach in the room for them to use. Guests can check out contactlessly by leaving their keys on the visitors book, once they leave we will go up and open the window and door of the room to allow air to flow through and then it will
be left 2 hours before we clean
the room. The door will then be closed and locked to prevent re – entry. We will spray all duvets, pillows and curtains with a disinfectant spray and then thoroughly clean all surfaces as we usually
do. We employ a rigorous hand
washing and sanitising protocol at all times and this will continue with the addition of following government guidelines to wash hands every time we come back in from outside the premises and regularly washing or sanitising
our hands throughout the day. The
work surfaces will be disinfected as usual. All
bedding and towels will continue to be washed at 60C.
